OnePlusOne is all about helping people to build stronger relationships.
We do this by equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need, so that couples, parents and children can be happier, healthier and more successful. Our resources are always evidence-based, and what makes us unique is our research & innovation process.
Everything we do starts with monitoring relationship science across a range of sources such as primary research, data gathering and practice based intelligence to generate knowledge and insight about relationships.
What we do
What we do falls into three categories; research, digital services and training.
The OPO Research and Innovation team have expertise in primary research, information and learning, practice development, implementation science and digital application. They generate ideas for prototyping and testing with partner organisations, OPO associates and public.
We started creating digital services for the public in 2012. Since then, more than 4 million people have used them, and 40,000 people have registered with us.
We continue to serve more than a million people per year with our helpful and practical articles, our help guides, parenting plan and range of programs aimed at helping people to help themselves and their own relationships.
OnePlusOne’s proven, preventative solutions can help frontline workers support couples and separated parents to create secure and stable environments for children.
These resources are flexibly designed to enable your practitioners to integrate them into their existing work with parents, at all stages of the relationship lifecycle, and can be delivered either face-to-face or digitally, one-to-one or in group settings.
