We have an exciting new opportunity ahead of us which requires a dynamic, proactive and curious researcher, with digital experience, to join the team. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the importance of the evidence base, applying knowledge of digital behaviour to develop effective and motivational digital services, and be a team player. You will not only have the ability to analyse and mine data from our existing and new services, but you will also have the skills to develop dynamic and forward-thinking evaluation methodologies for our digital services current and new.  

Aside from working on research activities associated with ongoing contracts, this post will also, along with other colleagues, carry out the interpretation of research to inform innovation. Social intelligence is important to OnePlusOne, a researcher is expected to build a network of contacts and build business relationships; therefore, a high level of social intelligence is required to connect with professionals on all levels.

Interest in our subject matter is important to us, as well as the ability to search for, critically review and summarise research and policy documents, with the ability to carry out literature reviews and searches as necessary.

This is a full time role, fixed term for six months to be extended if funding available, starting as soon as possible.

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (fte) depending on qualifications and research experience. 25 days leave plus bank holidays (fte) and pension.
